For Your Protection the following has been put in place:

- All practitioners and staff have completed a WHO Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) for Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Course.
- All staff are trained in the proper use of PPE
- All appointments will be least 15 minutes apart to allow time for cleaning and to prevent crossover with other patients
- Patients to use hand sanitiser on arrival and again on leaving the clinic
- All Patients will have there temperature checked prior to treatment.
- Patient to wear a mask during treatments.
- Patients to pay over the phone in advance or by card only in clinic
Prior to your Appointment please expect the following:
- All patients due to attend the clinic will be contacted to assess their suitability for a face-to-face treatment.
- Suspected or confirmed COVID-19 cases should not, under any circumstances, be attending a manual therapy treatment.
- Online or phone consultations will be used when a face to face consultation may be unnecessary
- All patients to complete a Pre-Appointment Screening form.
- All patients to complete COVID-19 consent form.
- Patients are to call the clinic if they develop any symptoms after answering the screening questions
- All patients to arrive on time and wait in their car until called.
- All patients to come alone to appointments.
- Children under 16 to attend appointments accompanied with only one parent or guardian, as possible
- Patients should bring with them or wear (their own towel, shorts/leggings or mask)
- Patients to bring minimal items with them to appointments.
